The BPCC uses My Family Lounge for online enrolment of children to the centre, and to allow currently enroled families to book casual sessions as needed when available and for all Vacation Care bookings.
The BPCC uses My Family Lounge for online enrolment of children to the centre, and to allow currently enroled families to book casual sessions as needed when available and for all Vacation Care bookings.
A. When a family is offered enrolment at The BPCC an email is sent to the nominated email address containing details which will prompt them to register their account. This email contains their username and a link to My Family Lounge.
A. After receiving the Welcome Email families will be asked to Login and create their own password. You can also change your password at any time in the ‘Manage Account’ tab. Please note passwords are case sensitive.
A. If you have forgotten your password simply click the ‘I forgot my password’ link on the login panel. You will then receive a new password via email.
A. You must complete your online enrolment form before you will have access to the casual booking system. This must be done for each child.
A. The App will run on most devices (Phones & Tablets) that use the Android or iOS operating systems.
The App is FREE and can be downloaded from the Android Play Store and Apple App Store. You can download the App for your iPhone/iPad here (if searching the iTunes store please search for the iPhone App “My Family Lounge”). You can download the App for Android here.
