Boronia Park Care Centre
Is an Incorporated non-profit community-based organisation. The BPCC is managed by a committee of parent volunteers and run daily by a dedicated team of Educators, and Director.
The Centre was first opened in 1983 by a dedicated group of parents from the Boronia Park school community, who urgently needed high quality before and after school care for their children. Today we accommodate almost 200 families, providing care for approximately 270 children.
The BPCC currently has 105 children attend before and after care and 50 – 55 children per day for vacation care.
The BPCC operates under the National Quality Framework. This framework aims to raise quality and drive continuous improvement and consistency in education and care services. We adhere to the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and the Education and Care Services National Regulations.
The BPCC is assessed and rated against the 7 National Quality Standards through an assessment and ratings process under the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA). The National Quality Standard sets a national benchmark for the quality of education and care services.
